Online Project Manager (interim)

Within our Communications & Marketing Team we are looking for an interim Online Project Manager for part of the roll-out of a new global website.

Location: Amsterdam/Rotterdam
24 hours per week for at least 3 months (possibility of prolongation)

For part of the roll-out of a new global website we are looking for an interim online project manager for a period of at least 3 months. You will be part of the Communications & Marketing team and report to the Digital Channel Manager and also work closely with country Project Managers, internal and external specialists in SEO, migration, UX and front and back-end development.

Role and responsibilities

You will have the responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and execution of our international website activities, with several country website launches to come. You will monitor the roll-out and implementation of the digital and content strategy, its status, its quality level and the budget. Furthermore, you initiate and motivate the international project group; and work closely together with the digital channel manager.

Job requirements and skills

You have at least 5 years of relevant online project management experience at the cross roads of online development and content management.

A proven strong expertise in content management. Experienced in updating content in CMS systems like Umbraco, you are able to train and support new content editors.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to generate support in an international setting.

You are fluent in the Dutch and English language.

And last but not least, you are punctual, well-organized and a strong communicator.
